Wholesale Pricing & Margin Calculator
Check whether a product can work for both you and a retailer before you pitch a shop, stockist or wholesale buyer.
This is a planning estimate. Taxes, shipping, distributor fees, discounts and payment terms can change real wholesale economics.
Need wholesale, batch costing and reorder planning together?
The Maker Batch Costing, Wholesale Margin & Reorder Workbook keeps raw-material purchases, batch costs, unit costs, wholesale and retail pricing, channel fees and reorder points in one editable system.

Your minimum wholesale price is the price needed to preserve the maker margin you entered after true unit cost. Compare it with the wholesale price you intend to offer. Then compare that wholesale price with the target retail price to see the retailer's gross margin. If either side is too weak, the product may need a lower unit cost, a higher retail price or a different wholesale structure.
Retailer margin and retailer markup are not the same calculation. This tool shows margin as the share of final retail revenue remaining after the retailer pays the wholesale cost. Keep shipping, tax, distributor commissions, returns and payment terms separate when they materially affect a real deal.
